Lodging Lead, Laundry Lead, and Lodging Associates
Location: Homer, Alaska
Wages/Pay: Starting at $23.00+ per hour (DOE) with potential benefits and perks

We’re looking for dependable, motivated locals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in a job well done. Tasks include cleaning, laundry support, and helping maintain our lodging spaces to a high standard. These roles are ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy variety in their day.
Lodging Lead: Oversee daily cleaning operations and support a small team across multiple properties.
Laundry Lead: Manage laundry operations and supplies for all units.
Lodging Associate: Provide on-site support for cleaning and turnover between guests.

Housekeepers wanted for a well-established company with one of the largest lodging portfolios in the State of Alaska with lakeside cabins and 1 and 2-bedroom suites, 3-level hillside homes, and beachfront luxury lodges.
Requires responsible, energetic, and motivated individuals who will have the ability to work at different locations around the town of Homer, Alaska and support all of our lodging units. We provide brand new employee housing with a private bedroom/bathroom set up and a shared full kitchen, lounge, and laundry. Local employee transportation access is also available.
